The offer on the new car and used trade-in were about what was expected before I got to the Dealer location. It took longer than expected to get to the Finance Office. However, it was New Year's Eve.

I have two praise reports for Garlyn Shelton Nissan! 1) We bought a new Frontier (named her Spirit) and I absolutely love it! GSN made the purchase process comfortable and I would buy from them again. They are especially appreciative of Veterans. 2) We had service done on our 2014 Frontier about a week later. Another mechanic shop told ua e needed a transmission. Well, not GSN! They said they have never replaced a Nissan transmission (and I believe them). We had the best experience buying a new truck thanks to Jerrith and the team. He was friendly and knowledgeable, making it very easy to decide. With a test drive, it took us about 4 hours from start to finish. Once someone says yes, it should move really quickly and it took longer than we thought to get everything signed (granted the truck was being detailed in the background and was pristine by the time it was ready). Went in to get my 2016 Pathfinder serviced. Met an Army brother. Actually a couple and a warhead. These guys were absolutely wonderfully polite, professional and fun.
